The Nickel Test Sensitive is specific, reliable and can easily be carried out by yourself within seconds. The following instructions are enclosed in the box:
Take out a test stick from the package and moisten the cotton pad with 2-3 drops of the test solution.
Rub the moistened cotton pad repeatedly on the surface of the clean and dry metallic object for about 30 seconds.
By holding the cotton pad against a white background you can check if it has turned pink or red.
If it stays white, the object examined does not release nickel ("negative" test result).
If it has turned red, the object examined releases nickel ("positive" test result).
Wipe off the test solution remaining on the tested object with a damp cloth or rinse it under running water.
The test is non-toxic and does not destroy the tested object. Each test stick can only be used once.
